Our Postgraduate programmes cancellation policy (applies to 10 day programme, MSc Year one, MSc Year two, MSc Year three)
The same cancellation policy also applies to our CBCT level 1 and 2 course, the microsurgery course and the alumni course.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable between programmes.
If you cancel your place on the programme on or before 90 days of the start date of the programme (day 1), you will be liable for £650 for the 10 day programme, £500 for the PG Certificate programme, £600 for PG Diploma, £600 for Dissertation (which would include any deposit payment made), £350 for the one day endodontic surgery course, £350 for the CBCT Level 1 and 2 course and £550 for the Alumni course.
If you cancel your place on the programme between 90 days and 60 days of the start date of the programme (day 1), you will be liable for 50% of the total programme cost.
If you cancel your place on the programme within 60 days of the start date of the programme (day 1), you will be liable for 100% of the total programme cost.
If you cancel your place on the programme after the start date of the programme (day 1), you will be liable for 100% of the total programme cost. Failure to attend or interruptions of studies count as programme cancellations.
If you wish to cancel your place on the programme, you must notify us by email to b.potter@simplyendo.uk
Please note that the effective date of cancellation will be the date that we confirm safe receipt of your cancellation instructions to you and NOT the date you sent us an email.
The FD Masterclass
The payment of £75 for the FD Masterclass is non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies in all circumstances, including, but not limited to, cancellations, requests to change to an alternative course date, failure to attend, or any other reason that prevents participation.
One to two day courses with guest speakers
The full payment for the one to two day courses with guest speakers is non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies in all circumstances, including, but not limited to, cancellations, failure to attend, or any other reason that prevents participation.
Online Study — Programme Materials & Additional Charges
Effective from September 2026. Applies to all programmes listed above.
If you are studying with us online, programme materials will be dispatched to you by post. The following charges apply and will be invoiced separately in addition to your programme fees. Classroom students who need to take some days online, will also be charged for package charges.

Postage charges are non-refundable once materials have been dispatched. The Loan Motor Unit deposit will be refunded upon safe return of the unit in its original condition. Failure to return the unit, or return of a damaged unit, will result in forfeiture of the deposit in full or in part.
Payment methods
To allow for easier budgeting, we allow monthly payments (made on or before the due date for each invoice) but we need you to complete a direct debit mandate. This can be done online 24/7 by following this link, https://manage.directli.co.uk/pay/co/GEN8508477602 .
We will accept credit card payments made monthly (on or before the due date for each invoice) but only if you are not able to set up a direct debit due not having a GBP current account. This is primarily for non-UK based delegates.
Alternatively, we can arrange for you to receive a single invoice for the whole programme amount and the entire balance would then be payable in one lump sum.
Late Payments
All payment requests will be invoiced to you by email on 1st of each month or shortly after for payment due by 9th of the month. Outstanding balances at the end of the due month will incur a late payment charge of 5%. If 2 months payments are outstanding by the last day of any month, the full balance of the total cost of the programme will become due and payable immediately.
Programme amendments
Any amendment to a confirmed booking will attract an administration charge of £150.
