What we expect from you
To attend for your appointments promptly, and if that is not possible
to let us know as soon as possible. We will charge 100% of the treatment
cost for non-attendance of appointments

To pay your bills as requested on time. To help you do this we accept
cash, cheques and most credit and debit cards

To look after the work we provide, using our guidelines

If you are not happy with any aspect of your visits, you will tell
us your concerns, as that is the only way we can improve our service
to you

If you are happy with your visits, we would like you to tell your
family, friends and colleagues about us. Through these referrals we
can grow and continually improve
