| Making A Purchase Making a booking could not be easier. Just browse our store, and select the course and number of places you wish to book. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Please note that we require you to complete the programme and pay the programme fee in its entirety. Refunds will only be made if we are able to find a replacement participant - no refunds will be given under any other circumstances. Please check your availability on the course dates. In the unlikely event that you are, for example, too ill to attend a session, you will receive the relevant lecture documents. We will also endeavour to accomodate you on a future session. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

| Delivery Schedule We will confirm your course reservation right away. We will normally send your course invoice and documentation out to you within three business days . International orders are generally received in under seven days. |
| Back Orders If the course you have booked for is oversubscribed, we will always let you know as soon as possible with the option to cancel your booking or reserve a place on an alternative programme. |
| Tax Charges All our programmes are VAT exempt and as such, our invoices are NOT VAT invoices. |
